Mythical Math

WALT: answer maths equations and post them on your blog
today I am answering maths equations again, I like how equations doesn't require a lot of writing number's and complicated sentences, my equation was 59+49=108 I worked out what 40+50 is than rounded 49 to 50 and then added it to the big number 99 than that makes 100 than added the remaining 8 to 100 which makes 108. Is there another way to work it out? image from popular mechanics.

I enjoyed this post because I thought that the picture I used as my inspiration was so cool
 I really like doing story starters. whats your favourite part of writing?Snip..Snip…Snip…The scissors began to tear the countryside apart. Towns, fields, rivers and oceans. Forests, valleys, mountains and lakes. The world began to unravel piece by piece, strand by strand.

This was to be a new beginning. What would this new world look like?

answer: Soon the world will be like lego platforms space seeping through breathable air and 

There will be nothing but strips of green grass floating in thin air, shops ripped up and even houses people once inhabited and now gone all gone, all because of the giant invisible scissors, legend has it that it was a giants pair of scissors,I think that it was because of global warming.

Soon to get to the shop down the road you have to do a platformer. To be honest it's good for our  health. One day the scissors teared up the old queens castle then it stopped right in front of the local school  the parents were glad that the children were safe but the Queen was very unlucky, her house was chopped up to little tiny pieces, the scissors had disappeared into thin air and then a miracle happened, the giant glue came along and reglued us back together, and good to say, we are all safe now.

Wonderful Writing

WALT: finish the story starter 
Today we had to finish the story starter on these mysterious circles the story starter said She had been tracking the deer. Her parents had taught her how.One hour before, finding the hoof prints in the soft earth, she had followed the trail of broken twigs and occasional nibbled leaf until she had located it. Creeping slowly and quietly, not making even the slightest sound, she remained undetected.She had stumbled across the mysterious circles in a clearing in the forest, and watched as the deer approached them. With a slight twitch of its ears, the deer stepped indifferently through the first circle, and vanished. Completely vanished.
The girl let out a gasp, and walked towards the circles to investigate… 

As she stepped through the circle her heart raced then, there she stood, in front of a beautiful forest, the trees were bright pink and the deer that she had previously saw turned into a bright dragon with lovely big red flowing wings and lovely glowing horns , she had stumbled across the most lovely land ever. 

She started to walk to a lovely castle on a big mountain with lovely water flowing down the edge.It was paradise The castle had a glass window with stained glass in the shape of a rose with word’s above reading “the rose of the valley “ It must be a flower from heaven, the castle was huge it had a large Golden gate leading to the castle with flowers of all shapes and sizes, there was one that caught her eye it was so big full of powder and purple you go over to it and then you sniff and it smelt like cooking, an apricot pie, the suddenly she woke up in a bed a lovely wooden bed, she said to herself, that was a magical dream then she looked out of the window and realised it wasn’t a dream after all.

my equation was 7 times 9 I found that the answer was 63, Maths is very fun I enjoy it when we are answering equations and problem solving, I think maths really helps you learn and gives

Easter Story

WALT: summarise the Easter story
the Easter story is super important, to the people of God. he saved us by dying for us, that is some mad love for us! Jesus and God loves everyone equally. You can celebrate by doing something good for someone, What will you do? I will cook Dinner for my family. this image is from crosswalk.com

The Easter story.

Jesus healed the sick and was the son of God,many people would crowd around to see what Jesus did and they we so amazed, then a Jewish Leader came to see what the crowd was on about so he walked over and he realised that he did not like this, he did no think Jesus was the son of God and thought he was a liar, he told the other Jewish Leaders and told them about Jesus and they did not Approve of him either, they told the Guards to arrest him and to take him to the rulers of the land.

 Once he was there the Jewish Leaders said “ he claims to be the son of God” then the Guards took him to the roman leader and he said that Jesus could be punished then set free but under peer pressure he decided to kill him and hang him up in the cross, then Joseph buried him in a cave and sealed it shut, Mary came in and saw Jesus was gone, he had risen.

have an appropriate background when on video chat.
mute the mic before you join.
be in the appropriate room not the bathroom or the closet.
hang outs is a necessity, you are not forced to use it, so treat it with respect.
no swearing or inappropriate talk on the hang out.
remember to be netiquette at all times and be nice on the internet.

Magical Maths

WALT: Do problem solving on the site
I had fun though I thought it was to easy, but it the last question was hard too work out.
problem solving is probably my favourite type of maths even though I find most of the question hard or don't understand the question. What is your favourite part of maths?
