ReplyDeleteI can't believe you did this on Christmas Day! I think Amelia Earhart is an inspiration. You ask if we have ever flown on a plane.
Well, I have. I have flown to Christchurch to visit YOUR school! You have a wonderful school and Christchurch airport is very flash.
Keep posting.
Have a great day

ReplyDeleteYou have done an awesome job creating this post about Amelia Earhart.
Did you know that Amelia Earhart was only 23 years old when she had her first flight! That is such a young age to have started her career which shows us how passionate she must have been about flying.
I have always wanted to learn how to fly a plane. I think it would be amazing to be able to fly yourself anywhere in the world!
Have you ever thought about becoming a pilot?
If you could fly anywhere in the world, where would you go?
You mentioned that Amelia won a best selling book on her travels. Have you read this book before? If so, what was your favourite part of the novel?
It has been over 100 years since Amelia Earhart was born, and things have changed so much in that period of time.
Do you think that in 100 years time the world will be the same as it is now? What kinds of things do you think will be different?
I really like how you have included these images of Amelia in your blog post. Would you be able to edit your post and include the sources where you go the photos from?
Nga mihi
wow Kieryn amazing questions! I had never thought of becoming a Pilot before sounds challenging if I could fly anywhere I would go to New Caledonia again because the last time i went i didn't want to leave!
DeleteI have not read her Novels but I know the names are The fun of it,20 hour's 40 minutes and the last flight.by the sounds of the last book [The last flight] she was going to give up her career,so the flight she got lost on could of been planned to be the last one anyway ironic
ha? and I will edit my post to say where i got the photos from. if you could fly to London what plane would you go in a jet plane,a Areo plane or a helicopter and what song would you listen to?

DeleteThank you for replying to my comment!
New Caledonia looks like such a beautiful place with stunning beaches and scenary. You must have done some pretty exciting things there seeing as though you didn’t want to leave! What kinds of activities did do?
It is great how you know the names of Amelia’s books, and you are entirely correct about the irony of her last books title ‘The Last Flight’.
If I could fly to London, I would definitely go on an aeroplane! I have travelled to London before and it was such a long flight that I don’t think I would ever want to do in a helicopter!
I would also listen to the song Royals by Lorde.
What song would you listen to and why?
