Valuable advice

WALT: do blog posts over the lock down period
here is some valuable advice to kids that are sad,worried or scared, what is something you enjoy? try something that will take your mind off things, video call a friend, ask your parents if you can call or text them, I'm sure they will be a helpful support, like I know my friends are.

Keep your head high and remember everything is going to get better at some point, and draw or doodle if you are stuck on what to draw use this site as a tool!  cool drawing ideas for kids .

Go outside, it always calms me down. and the most important step is to just breathe. What are some ideas for drawings?

  1. Hi Emily, this is a great blog post, it has some really good ideas in it for people of all ages. I have been doing lots of colouring in over the last few weeks, I find this cheers me up and relaxes me.
