Powerful P.E

WALT: design a P.E step by step work out
I enjoy creating this step by step workout because I had free riegn to write anything, and also I did some yoga with it too. what is a fitness goal for you?
P.E work out
you will need:
space
and some water (optional)
first move two meters away from someone
1. do 2 star jumps
t do a down ward dog for  1 minute while taking deep breaths the while you are doing down ward dog lift your leg up and hold for 10 seconds then switch legs and hold for 20 seconds
2. stand up and sprint on the spot for 40 seconds
3. then do 12 burpies
4. then relax

  1. This is a good workout Emily. I have never done Yoga so am not sure what a down ward dog is. You might need to put a bit more information about this for people who don't know anything about Yoga. Do you do a lot of Yoga?
