Aye-aye captain

WALT: blog about animals
the Aye-aye is a nocturnal long fingered animal, it has rodent like teeth. It is endangered, rumours say it has evolved from Duabentonia robusta. Duabentonia robusta has been extincted for almost 1000 years it's a giant Aye-aye with a bigger jaw line as well as a huge eye. Some say they are scary creatures but I think they are cute. There are 50 Aye-aye left. Sometimes Aye-aye where killed because they were considered good luck when the Madagascar natives were sick. Aye-aye tap there long fingers on the branch to feel the vibration of the Insect. What is the weirdest animal you have come across?
                                                               Aye-aye

The buzz on bumble bee's

WALT: discover more about the bumble bee's
I know sometimes bumble bee's are scary but they play a crucial part in life on this planet because they nurture the flowers by pollinating the flowers and fruit and veges that feed a lot of animals and all humans. If they were not around we would have to do pollinate by hand an that would be impossible.

We are killing them by using pesticides, the blanket poison for all insects including bees. Here are some facts about bees: 1. when a bumble bee sting's you they don't die unlike the wasp. 2. bee's are attracted to yellow and blue flowers. 3. bees air condition the nest's with their wings. 4. a bumble bee flap's it wins 200 times per second. is there any other fact's you know about bumble bees?
